Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. During this time, we verify payment, pick and inspect your items, and prepare them for international transit.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a separate shipping notification email with your tracking information. This email is sent within 1-2 hours of your order leaving our facility and includes:
- Your unique tracking number
- Link to track your package in real-time
Please note: Processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days during holiday periods or for made-to-order items. We will notify you if this applies to your order.
Delivery Time
After your order has shipped, you can typically expect it to arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your destination country and any customs processing required.
Tracking Your Order
You can monitor your package's progress at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipping notification. Tracking is updated regularly as your package moves through our carrier's international network.
To access your tracking:
- Click the link in your shipping notification email
- Visit our website and enter your order number
Tracking typically updates every 24-48 hours. During international transit and customs processing, updates may be less frequent.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package does not arrive within the stated timeframe or tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at info@orbarista.com with your order number and tracking number.
We will investigate the delay with the carrier immediately. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will either reship your order at no charge or issue a full refund, at your preference.
