Robur Tamper

Tamping helps create a dense, uniform coffee puck that ensures even water flow, leading to optimal extraction of flavors and oils, a rich crema, and the prevention of channeling that can cause bitter or sour notes. Consistent tamping is essential for achieving a well-balanced espresso. Specialized tampers, such as calibrated or automatic models, provide additional benefits including improved consistency, ease of use, and reduced physical effort.
